Job Purpose
TMP delivery analyst is responsible for maintaining and analysing delivery related scorecards by maintaining communication with production areas, while facilitating meetings to update TMP management on status. Delivery analyst is also maintains overall OMD/GMD business plan documentation. This includes analysis/tracking of KPIs and notes taken during BOP reviews with OMD/GMD management. Position is also responsible for summarizing and communicating the current status of OMD production dept FSI activity. In addition, the Delivery Analyst is the point person in summarizing dept activities during shutdown periods and sharing with TMP management.
Key Accountabilities
- Create & maintain weekly TMP production scorecards. Analyze and present to OMD and TMP Management
- Analyse and summarize monthly top D-side impact areas (internal & external)
- Lead Division (OMD/GMD) BOP activities. (Documentation and gap analysis, scheduling theme reviews, documenting meeting notes and follow-up activity)
- Lead development and analysis of TMP Loss Reduction, heading up FSI (cost down activity) directing activities in the right direction
- Lead role in TMP-OH shutdown tracking & communication
- Monthly & Quarterly Reports: Support various groups to communicate S,Q,D. Work with departments to understand the gaps in terms of delivery, setting up business direction
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related experience
- 0-4 years of data analysis experience based on education
- Microsoft office, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, understanding of manufacturing technical items, development and reporting of delivery metrics
Workstyle
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary (usually less that 3hrs per week)
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
- Occasional travel to other TMP facilities and other HDMA sites if necessary
