About this Position:
This position is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate management & on-boarding for entry level and / or experienced related openings. Responsibilities may be based on local, regional, or North American recruiting strategy/initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process (posting, sourcing, candidate engagement, offers, onboarding, etc.)
- Support Career Fairs and recruitment events
- Providing recruiting guidance to assigned customers
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure effectiveness of staffing activity
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- 0-3 years’ experience Sourcing and Recruiting
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
Desired skills:
- Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods and processes
- Experience using Job Posting platforms
- Job/Career Fair support
- Understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment

- Travel: 5%
