We are seeking a Team Lead for our Pinellas Park store. This is an hourly paid leadership position which will assist management with store operations and is responsible for ensuring the highest standard in customer service and product quality.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a respectful workplace, exhibiting the company values
Executing store opening and closing procedures, as well as daily and weekly reporting
Overseeing unloading of shipments and production paperwork
Maintaining product availability for customers and ensuring rotation of all products
Ensuring proper use of equipment and sanitation procedures are followed
Participating in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and catering processes
Performing various administrative functions including banking duties and daily checkout
Monitoring stocking and clean up duties
All other duties as assigned
Ideal candidates will have:
High school diploma or education equivalent
At least 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience is desirable
Prior supervisory experience required
Must have driver’s license and own transportation
Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
