Honeywell's Aerospace business is hiring a science/engineering undergraduate student with an interest in developing as an Emissions Engineer to work hands-on with the Phoenix Emissions and Bleed Air team to support the development of turbine engine combustion technologies in collaboration with Honeywell's Advanced Technology organization. The candidate will help prepare and install emissions analyzers into mobile test facilities, execute testing, analyze emissions data, and communicate results to the internal Honeywell customer while working closely with some of the worlds most talented engineers to help prepare the candidates for full-time careers as industry professionals.
Applicants considered for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now, nor in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
This position is available at Honeywell's Aerospace facility in Phoenix, AZ.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- Must graduate after December 2023
- Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
- Applicants considered for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now, nor in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with sensing equipment, data collection, and analysis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
