The Field Service Engineer will be working within the Honeywell Sensing & Safety Technologies business unit, specifically the Service Team for customer support, team development and training. This person is the face of Honeywell and will be working with customers and internal organizations on problem resolution. The purpose of this position will be providing customer support, advanced field technical support and team training & development. The position will be located onsite for one of our customers in Sunnyvale, CA.
Key Responsibilities

Set up maintenance and service structure of Honeywell's life safety equipment, service commissioning and upgrades of life safety equipment and service reports

Manage customer inventory or provide recommended parts for inventory

Provide schedule and document all equipment maintenance and repairs

Manage equipment expansion and new installations and provide training and customer support

Document product issues and work with customer on resolution

Oversee the maintenance and schedule of all service contracts, resolve technical issues with customers and service engineers

Provide new quotations and renewals

Work with sales managers to manage the customer account
YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Experience with technical installations, engineering, networking, or electronics
