Join the engineers and technicians at Honeywell's Microelectronics facility located in Plymouth, Minnesota to support the development of digital, analog, mixed signal, and high bandwidth communication circuits and products for aerospace, military, and high-temperature applications. You will assist experienced engineers and team members in a diverse set of tasks including transistor characterization, software writing for automated e-test and lab-based bench tester routines, coordinating and maintaining device characterization lab interfacing between engineers and tool suppliers, learning and applying SAP, and executing requisitions for engineering purposes.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE : - Two-year certificate or degree in Device Engineering Technology or related electronics field - Classroom exposure to instrumentation for measuring integrated circuit transistors and passives (resistors, capacitors) - Capable-practitioner knowledge of MOSFET device terminals, operating conditions, and I-V characteristics - USG Secret security clearance in good standing, no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs - Ability and willingness to work on-site routinely at the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility (55441). This is not a remote or hybrid-eligible position due to working with on-site tools. - Ability and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (less than 5% of the time) WE VALUE: - 3 or more years of experience with instrumentation for measuring integrated circuit transistors and passives (resistors, capacitors) - 3 or more years of experience in writing software to control instrumentation for the measurement of integrated circuit device technology elements (transistors, resistors, capacitors) - Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with appropriate guidance, who consistently take the initiative to get things done - Ability to create specific action plans, prioritize time and resources effectively - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and data organization skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and web navigation - Able to convey technical ideas and concepts through team discussions, presentations, and in writing - Strong technical problem-solving skills - 3 or more years of experience with SAP enterprise resource planning tool If you are interested in joining our team and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies, please apply now.
