As a General Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for your region. We are seeking a growth mindset, career driven, transformation leader who excels at:

  • Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell's growth drivers to grow share and profit.
  • Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology.
  • Leading both direct and indirect employees.
  • Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively.
  • Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority.
  • Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.

You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Profit & Loss and growth
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Understand growth drivers and integrate into customer roadmaps
  • Manage contractual compliance and risk
  • Drive planning and reporting
  • Develop staff competencies
  • Drive employment engagement
  • Ensure safety compliance

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5 years of experience in industrial or technology sector
  • Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics or Science background

  • Extensive management experience with P&L accountability
  • Strong sales, branch management and operations experience
  • Industry experience, highly desired
