As a General Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for your region. We are seeking a growth mindset, career driven, transformation leader who excels at:
- Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell's growth drivers to grow share and profit.
- Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology.
- Leading both direct and indirect employees.
- Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively.
- Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority.
- Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.
You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Profit & Loss and growth
- Manage customer relationships
- Understand growth drivers and integrate into customer roadmaps
- Manage contractual compliance and risk
- Drive planning and reporting

- Ensure safety compliance
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of experience in industrial or technology sector
- Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics or Science background
