As a Senior Director Strategy here at Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS), you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future of our PSS business within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). PSS specializes in mobile computing devices, advanced scanning, OCR and machine vision, asset identification with printers, labels and tags, voice-enabled solutions, and enterprise software for productivity and collaboration.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing the overall business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with senior leaders, including the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PSS Business President, to align business goals and objectives with market trends and customer needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our PSS business.
You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PSS Business President, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future direction and success of our PSS business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. Your strategic insights and leadership will shape the future of our PSS business and contribute to the overall success of the IA SBG.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the PMC business within the IA SBG
- Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to capture market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership
