The Americas Lithium-Ion Business Development Leader will help grow the Lithium-Ion Business by driving key strategies and partnership initiatives which are critical to market growth and profitability. The Leader should be able to continually assess portfolio opportunities and needs in the Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Market, provide input into industry trends, technology/product development, and M&A/partnerships to enhance our portfolio offerings specific to end-user needs.
You will be one of the driving forces for Honeywell achieving a dominant market position in providing solutions and services to the Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing space. The Americas Lithium-Ion Business Development Leader should have significant domain knowledge of the Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing industry, including its key business and technology drivers influencing the associated software & automation solutions requirements. The Leader will be Instrumental in advising leadership on data-driven strategies to transform business operations that exceed strategic, financial, and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Manage all relationships with key customers and technology partners in the Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing market.
• Work with executive leadership to build a dynamic and future flexible business strategy for rapid growth in this market space.
• Create business development strategies to increase company revenue and brand value.
• Build partnerships with strategic suppliers that contribute to Honeywell’s solution components or services, enabling integrated solutions offerings.
• Advise on Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing industry trends and support the development of growth strategies. Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth.
• Support sales and operations in meeting pole sales targets. Coach, enable and work with sales teams for strong growth in pipeline and project wins.
• Help executive leadership in setting investment direction to support profitable growth in this market space.
• Develop marketing plans that outline positioning, customer segment opportunity, products, pricing, campaigns, and detailed competitive analysis.
• Lead/support contract development, negations, and product enhancements.
• Participate in seminars and industry events to represent Honeywell in the Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing market.
