Store Manager

HONOR THE GIFT- STORE MANAGER, LOS ANGELES

Honor the Gift is creating a retail experience in the heart of Los Angeles. We are seeking a Full-time Store Manager who will lead the charge in making Honor the Gift a hub of community, culture, and high-quality, accessible fashion for the Inner City.

A top-tier retail leader with a successful track record in a fast-paced and high-visibility retail environment. The ideal candidate has a background in fashion/culture retail and in-store merchandising experience, with the ability to build inclusive and diverse teams. In addition to implementing HTG's mission of continuing to empower the community, create a welcoming/community-based environment, and deliver consumer experience(s) to drive business results.

You will lead and inspire the team to prioritize customer service, connect to the community, and deliver the Honor the Gift experience to our consumers. Manage store operations and the store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals. In addition, you are responsible for the communication of store performance and potential engagement opportunities.

The Store Manager will aid in Honor the Gifts' continuous connection to the community through support of marketing activations and community engagement to further build partnerships within the local Los Angeles community.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience with visual merchandising, retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, scheduling, people leadership, and management
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and culture
• A Bachelor's Degree and 6 years retail experience, or 7 years retail experience in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 4 years of store management experience

• Ability to lead and deliver a high level of customer service

• Ability to learn Aims360 ERP & Shopify POS and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Ability to build, lead with courage, manage high-profile performing teams, and maintain positive team morale.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $87,000.00 per year
