Location: Northridge, CA, 93225
Duration: 6 Months
Shift- M-F; 8 am to 5 Pm
Job Description
- Provides office-related administrative support and services. Provides secretarial and clerical support to management and assist with special projects as needed.
Additional Requirements
- This position is to assist Business Operation Liaisons with completion of administrative tasks related to the sales process and support the SAP conversion project
- Essential Responsibilities
- Assist Liaison with creating and submitting orders through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & internal MBS ordering system.
- Assist Liaison with the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
- Assist Liaison with follow up question to Sales Team to help obtain details on an order or outstanding documents.
- Provide feedback to Production if further details are needed for them to complete the sales order.
- Participate in and contribute actively to weekly Operations meetings.
- Assist Liaison with managing product order forms and purchase orders for assigned accounts.
- Assist Liaison with running donor reports to help identify donors for a specific customer request.
- Assist and back up other Liaisons as needed
- Assist with the SAP conversion by performing tasks assigned by the Associated Director, Business Operations and/or Business Operations Liaison Managers
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone relationship-building skills by making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, asking opened and high gain questions to determine needs, and provide solutions for customer concerns/questions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
