What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hookah Server/Maker position at HOOKAH FLAMES?
We are looking for a friendly & hardworking Hookah Server to join our team who can ensure our customers get the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests are greeted & served with a positive & upbeat attitude.
- Ensure that our guests receive prompt, friendly & personalized service.
- Cater to the needs of our guests by suggestively selling our products.
- Recommend daily specials or promotions to maximize sales.
- Prepare orders & Hookah, check the quality of shisha, and serve to guests.
- Double-check to ensure guests are having exceptional Hookah session.
- Checkout the guests and clean up the table after every Hookah session.
- Other responsibilities include cleaning hookah equipment, the prep area, & work area.
- Assist the management in maintaining standards by reporting any problems.
- Ensure our daily operations run smoothly & guests have a pleasant Hookah session.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma is a plus but not required
