Position Credit/Collector
Must work in the South Windsor office every shift.
Potential incentive based on successful credit card payments collected.
Subject to annual review
Salary based on experience.
Shift 20 Hours per week.
Mon- Thurs 3:00pm- 7:00pm
Saturday – TBD during winter season
Job description summary
- Log on daily to the dialer software and generate 50 outbound calls per day.
- Send dunning letters and electronic notifications.
- Attempt to obtain credit card payments.
- Communicate HOP’s expectation to account base.
- Document conversations and actions taken in the ADDS System.
- Work with internal and external customers to solve delinquent balances.
- Recommend terminating account for non-payment to Management.
- Special projects assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
