Hope Montessori Academy is seeking an experienced and qualified Floating Admin. Assistant to join our growing team! We are proud to provide high quality Montessori education to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. We provide a supportive team environment and ensure an exceptional child care and educational program for the children in our school.
In this position, you will provide overall support of the admin and staff of 30 teachers and 150 families.
Position Requirements for Administrators:
Must be Colorado ECT qualified
Director Certification for large childcare in the state of Colorado or within 1 year of achieving
Computer and accounting related skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience maintaining financials for a large preschool
Strong leadership and supervisory ability to create and maintain partnerships with families and staff - supervisory experience in a school or child care setting is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
**Montessori experience is NOT required for this position

We are also proud to offer paid vacation time, sick pay, and paid personal days. **A $400 bonus will be awarded after 60 days of employment**.
