Hope Performance Systems, a company treating individuals across the entire life span, is seeking qualified team members to join our dynamic and rapidly growing practice!
Applicants must be Licensed in South Carolina to practice independently or at the associate level to join our team as an Independent Contractor. Acceptable licenses include: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice, or Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Practice. We are proud to offer Clinical Supervision to LPCAs and LMSWs at no cost to the contractor.
As a member of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to provide Counseling and Mental Health Services to clients and theirs families in the office and school settings within Beaufort County. These services include providing individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention services, and support groups.
Applicants who have professional experience and strong skills working with children, adolescents and their families are encouraged to apply! These positions can build from part-time to full-time. We offer flexible schedules allowing contractors to work evenings and weekends if preferred.
Our open positions are full-time with the option to provide services in a combination of both in- person visits and visits via telehealth. We also offer flexible hours allowing employees to work a designated part-time position if desired. Part-time positions require 20 client-contact hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose utilizing the DSM
- Provide counseling and mental health services within the school or private practice (office) setting.
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans using measurable goals
- Implement evidence-based treatment modalities during the provision of therapy services
- Develop and Facilitate group therapy / support group
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties and referral sources
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines including, but not limited to, HIPAA.
- Adhere to compliance measures set forth by Medicaid, Medicare, and internal agency measures
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited and approved college or university (Required).
- Current licensure in the State of South Carolina (LPC, LPC-A, LPC-S, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW). (Required)
- Preference given to applicants with a speciality working with children (age 12 and under)
- Previous experience providing individual, family or group therapy with the child/adolescent/adult population preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

All Clients are temperature screened and interviewed prior to each appointment. All Clients and staff must wear a mask / face covering while on the premises. Facility is also practicing increased sanitization processes.
