This position can be full- or part-time: if part-time the employee would be expected to work in either the Ellensburg or Cle Elum office, while the full-time role would be expected to work 20 hours in Ellensburg and 20 hours in Cle Elum each week. This position starts at $17 with the potential to increase over time based on expanded job responsibilities and established experience.
The program support associate is expected to provide direct client service, including intake functions as required, general front office activities, and general support of all HopeSource programs. The role will include a variety of the following responsibilities and may include other duties as needed by the team.
Office Admin:

Answer phones and greet clients/the public in a professional and courteous manner, understanding and disseminating information about the general requirements of all organization programs as needed and relevant

Perform client intakes and assist clients in qualifications for all programs, administering Supportive Services to all qualified clients

Perform data entry, receipt goods/donations/payments, and prepare reports as required

Maintain the upkeep of the front desks and client rooms
Data Entry (Apricot):

Enter new clients, add cases and services as needed

Produce vendor voucher/receipt for processing with the finance department
Food Bank (Cle Elum specific):

Assist with food bank data tracking, including inventory and reporting

Maintain safe food practices

Interact with all volunteers in a professional manner and assist with volunteer data entry and reporting
