IT Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure and systems. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network, servers, and software applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems. This is a full-time position based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the agency's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and software applications
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels are assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT to recommend improvements or enhancements

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DHCP, VMWare, Cisco routers, Windows Server, and other relevant technologies
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Proven experience in systems engineering and administration
