Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, mentor, and inspire a team focused on new agent support.
- Develop and evaluate the team’s processes and procedures to ensure excellent support for new agents.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Establish and maintain documentation of all New Agent Support (NAS) workflows, in-depth interview guides, and the installation matrix.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as scheduled calls kept, new agent validation, retention, and satisfaction.
- Actively manage a portfolio of assigned new agents, maintaining regular contact to ensure engagement with processes and responsiveness to training and support.
- Serve as the advocate for new agents within the team, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Champion internal process enhancements that support the success of new agents.
- Possess deep knowledge of required processes and best practices to ensure continuity in training and support.
- Demonstrate, instruct, and reinforce essential tasks related to new agent setup, school access, marketing programs, quoting, binding, and general sales support to ensure agent proficiency and success.
- Extended work hours and work weeks are typical to support various time zones.
- Minimal travel required, less than 10%.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or service management.
- In-depth understanding of new agent training, marketing programs, and sales processes, including systems regularly used by agents.
- Industry designations preferred (e.g., CPCU, LOMA, FINRA series, etc.).
