NURSE MANAGER, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the psychiatric service in Franklin.
- Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.
- Contribute to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

Requirements:
- Requires BSN (MSN preferred) with 3 or more years previous inpatient acute care psychiatric management experience in a hospital; or acute care inpatient psychiatric experience plus other management experience.
