Horizon House Publications Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual to work closely with clients and sponsors to execute their digital campaign deliverables that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and website traffic, while reaching a global audience with multi-channel digital marketing. This person will work cross-functionally with various departments to develop content strategies and produce internal and external collateral materials to support EDI CON Online and Signal Integrity Journal marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
· Implement campaign deliverables, includes production, deployment, monitoring, analysis, and analytical reporting
· Plan and build weekly HTML e-newsletter content for deployment
· Maintain schedule of digital media for multiple clients and ensure all program deliverables deployed
o Includes e-newsletters, website banner ads, print ads, white papers, podcasts, e-books, and webinars
· Account management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter); content planning, outreach, posting, and engagement
· Produce, promote, and run sponsored webinars
· Work with art department to create promotional materials for internal/external sales; banner ads, print ads, sell sheets, infographics, and flyers
· Lead the planning, building, producing, and marketing of the company’s yearly multi-day online conference event, EDI CON Online
· Generate marketing plan and the content for promoting the online conference each year (pre-event, during, and post-event)
· Draft press releases for event organizers
· Maintain detailed documentation and master schedules for all aspects of the event
· Manage EDI CON Online website to ensure information is consistently up to date
· Review post event analytics, gather findings/ recommendations, and put together collateral for sales team and executives
· Deliver leads and reports to participating event sponsors
Qualifications/Skills:
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
· Project management
· Strong verbal /writing skills, communication, and customer service experience
· Knowledge with Google Analytics, paid search, SEO, a plus
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, preferred
· Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
· 2-3 years in digital marketing or event marketing (including internships)
· Webinar and virtual event experience a plus
