Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Reports To: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Department: Shipping
Summary: Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties. Shipping Coordinator will also assist Shipping Supervisor in maintaining an accurate inventory of product within assigned areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Compares/verifies identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, inventory transfers, orders, or other records.
Ensures all documentation is filed and readily available for audits.
Authorized person for security seal and ensures tracking is up to date.
Ensures fumigation logs are maintained and up to date; enters all data into Nutware.
Completes trash orders (including assigning the tags and destination in Nutware).
Support Shipping Supervisor and Supply Chain and Logistics Manager as needed
All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Internet software; order processing systems.
Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
