OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and interact with business owners at their place of business as a representative of the Horizon family. This is not a stay at home remote position, you MUST go out and meet with business owners at their place establishment
• Put yourself in front of as many business owners or decision-makers as you can by way of marketing set appointments and self-generated leads(YOU WOULD BE PHYSICALLY GOING TO THESE BUSINESSES TO MEET WITH THE OWNER OR DECISION-MAKER)

• Follow Horizon Payment's proven sales process to close deals with your National Sales Manager by your side throughout the entire process
• Attend optional ongoing trainings to enhance skills
• Attend optional daily conference calls where, on top of the LUCRATIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE, daily bonuses and incentives are announced as well as celebrate the team successes

• Ultimately, just be an advocate for business owners in helping them save money and not compromise quality of service or peace of mind

QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICALITIES:

• 1099, commission-based position(NO BASE SALARY FOR THIS POSITION) as well as a lucrative bonus structure as well as residual monthly income. Uncapped earning potential that rests in the hands of each individual rep.
• $60k-$80k earned yearly, with top performers making $100k !

• Travel expenses compensated if you choose to expand on your network, but not required.
