Job Responsibilities
- Assist to maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Collaborate with the recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes. Perform phone screens and interviews of candidates.
- Provide orientations for new employees using the HRIS package and explaining company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Assist with gathering and analyzing data with HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Organize employee performance reviews and various administrative tasks.
- Assist with benefit enrollment, documentation, and employee inquiries.

- High school diploma, associate or bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred such as experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with office management tasks, including maintaining records and processing paperwork. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
