- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to brainstorm and generate ideas for social media campaigns.
Scheduling and Posting:
- Schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monitor the posting schedule to avoid conflicts and ensure a diverse mix of content.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive interactions with the audience and address any concerns or questions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to the social media manager, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the latest trends and best practices.
Competitor Analysis:
- Keep track of competitors' social media activities and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Report findings to the social media manager for strategic planning.
Stay Updated on Platform Changes:
