Job Description: #1 Taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with placing orders for items they may see on television, mobile site, or web site as well as assisting in trouble shooting on existing orders.
· Assist clients in placing orders based on inbound calls
· Offering promotions to obtain units per order and VIP Program
· Using provided resources and training to answer customer questions
· Follow appropriate call scripting
Job Requirements:
· Previous call center, retail or customer service experience
· MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF BOWLING GREEN
· Able to multitask and use computer applications while remaining conversational
· Ability to upsell customers and deal with objections
· Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic while on the phone
· Efficient
· Ability to build rapport to set call tone
· Basic computer skills
