Your Role as a Scrum Master:
- Act as a change agent, evangelizing the principles of agile and Scrum across our teams
- Facilitate Scrum processes and events, enabling team maturity and effectiveness through data-driven metrics
- Create an agile mindset focused on transparency, inspection, and adaptation to deliver high-value increments
- Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and definitions of "done" and "ready"
- Facilitate program-level agile ceremonies, including dependency mapping, release planning, and scope alignment
- Remove impediments to the Scrum team's progress, protecting them from distractions
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality, coaching each team member to enable high performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6 years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Expert knowledge of best practices in value-driven development, including requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, and usability testing
- Proficient in agile tool suites like Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies is a bonus
