In this role, you will work in our Maintenance Area assisting customers in finding and placing orders for and following up on parts, tools, ect. Accurately record transactions into the Asset Management system( parts issued and returned) accurately receive and place parts back into inventory. And perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Plant Engineer. You don't have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. What you will do:
- Able to maintain good customer and peer relationship
- Able to frequently climb stairs and ladders, stands, push, pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lb
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules.
- Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices.
- Perform position-specific duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.
What to expect:
- Work 8- to 10-hour shifts on concrete floors.
- Work in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending and reaching.
- Lift items up to 25 pounds.
- Wear a hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, boots and/or other personal protective equipment.
- Work with large groups of people as a team.
