What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Teammate position at Hortech Inc?
· Responsible for customer service regarding loading our customers trucks, invoices, C.O.D.’s, customer comment cards , and complete follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Sorts, gathers, and prepares orders for customer pick-up.
· Fills out paperwork and turns it in at the end of every day.
· Works with teams tagging, sorting and loading.
· Sorts Vinca which is done on a piece rate program.
· Assists in other departments such as cultural, production, maintenance, RoofStone, LiveRoof, LiveWall, and other departments as needed.
· Cleans water coolers daily to ensure sanitized condition.
· Works independently to efficiently gather pick-up orders of 30 flats or less (may work in groups of up to 2 for large orders). The sales staff will contact the customer service teammate with a time frame, and deadline for gathering orders for pick-up customers.
· Keeps the customer pick-up area cleaned and well maintained.
· Understands, embraces, implements and effectively lead concepts of Lean Manufacturing.
