Reports to: - Site Senior Superintendent
Supervises: Supervisory Responsibilities: Key Role Responsibilities:- Install siding materials (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, metal, etc.) and gutter systems (aluminum, steel, vinyl, copper) on residential and commercial buildings.
- Repair and maintain existing siding and gutter systems to ensure they are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Prepare building surfaces for installation by removing old siding or gutters, cleaning surfaces, and making necessary repairs.
- Measure and cut siding and gutter materials to fit specific dimensions and designs.
- Apply weatherproofing materials and techniques to protect buildings from water damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect oneself, colleagues, and clients from potential hazards. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Inspect installed siding and gutters to identify and correct any imperfections or defects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in siding and gutter installation to ensure their longevity and effective use.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress.
Other Role Responsibilities:- Support other contracting departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Proficiency in using hand and power tools associated with siding and gutter installation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring standing, climbing, and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and to adapt to constant change.

Education & Experience:- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in siding and/or gutter installation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED. Completion of a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training program is a plus.
Certifications & Professional Affiliations:- OSHA 10 or ability to obtain (required)
- Valid Driver's License
Working Environment:- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May require periods of travel.
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
- May involve working indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
- Assignment location may include project sites and/or in the office.
- Frequent activity: standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching above shoulder, pushing, pulling.
