Must Haves
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona or compact state without disciplinary action.
Two years clinical nursing experience required.
Hospice nursing experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to organizational values: service excellence, accountability, integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities/essential functions
The Registered Nurse Supervisor primary responsibility is to be “The Captain of the Team”. This entails motiving, inspiring and leading your team towards success. Your adherence to organizational values promotes team cohesion, clinical excellence and extraordinary patient care. Your task includes providing clinical support and direction to the nurse and aide staff and facilitating patient flow to ensure patient safety, quality and experience are at the highest levels. You ensure skill levels of nurse/aide match patient assignment. You serve as a clinical resource and role model to all employees.
