REQUIREMENTS:
General Statement of Duties: Performs support duties for management staff and satellite office staff. Performs duties as: responding to all phone requests, typing, copying, faxing, and mailing, greeting and assisting visitors, clients and staff, data entry for donor database.
Level of Responsibility: Reports to Facilities Manager
Status: Non–Exempt
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma and training in secretarial\computer skills.
- Two years of experience in secretarial/administrative assistant role or equivalent in education.
- Two years experience working with computer applications including windows systems, databases, word processing, and Internet.
- Experience using a variety of office and computer equipment including, but not limited to, multi line telephone, computer network systems, computer with modem, typewriter, copier and fax.
- Able to provide own transportation, and a license to drive in West Virginia with current liability insurance.
