Whether clients are planning a business meeting in the heart of downtown, preparing a family vacation to Disney, or even an all-inclusive trip to the beach you will be responsible for assisting! ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all research, planning, and booking needed for trips
- Handle making appointments and following up with potential clients
- Assisting groups of 1-100+ in planning their travel needs
- Be a team player, and assist/volunteer when needed
- Attend ongoing trainings
- Complete certification training within a week of starting
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Be a self-started/self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Participate in team meetings
- Attend team webinars
- Be available for clients as needed
- Respond promptly to all inquires
- Book travel for clients needs
- Research various destinations, offering at least three options to every client
- Be aware of personal time management
- Prepare marketing materials and track the engagement
- Maintain knowledge on trends within the industry
- Assist clients with changes in travel plans
- Maintain up to date client database
- Keep records on preferred destinations
- Act as the liaison between suppliers and clients
- Ensure outstanding customer service is being delivered
- Offer additional packages, and upsell when possible
Requirements
- Must have access to a laptop with strong internet connection
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Any prior travel related experience highly preferred, but not required
- Must have exceptional customer service
- Must have a passion for the industry
- Must be positive, and willing to learn new things, open to changes
