Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of landscaping and groundskeeping, along with strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily tasks
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Oversee tree care, garden upkeep, and irrigation systems
- Ensure high-quality groundskeeping practices are maintained
- Coordinate and execute landscape projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care, tree care, and landscape maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden maintenance
- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to the highest standards
- Prior experience in groundskeeping and landscaping is preferred
