*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Manage phone calls and reservations in a professional manner - Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly - Perform night audit duties as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area *Experience* - Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality management role preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and guest services - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Familiarity with resort operations is advantageous - Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
