Job Posting for Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel Guest Management

We are looking for a front desk supervisor for our hotel, who is looking for advancement. Who:

  • Manages and motivates all front office associates to include hiring, supervision,

training, communicating objectives for the day, disciplining, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.

  • Encourages a team spirit among the associates with leadership and guidance.
  • Uses creative management skills to solve problems. Ensures compliance with Choice Hotel standards to ensure consistent high quality guest relations.
  • Manages desk through times of stress, and emergencies, resolves guest concerns, and implements resolutions by using discretion and judgment.
  • Communicates with guests and associates both verbally and in writing to answer questions and provide clear direction in advising and instructing staff in details of work. Organize, conduct and/or attend meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information.
  • Implements and monitors all Marriott marketing programs.

Must be available to multiple shifts including overnight

Must 1 to 2 year have hotel from desk experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
