Position Summary
As The Nickel greeter, you are the first interaction with our restaurant guests. It is a fun and fast paced position that is very rewarding.
Maintaining a great attitude and smile, while assisting wait staff with restaurant needs helps ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
- Adheres to company policies and standards.
- Takes pride in proper professional conduct and appearance.
- Uses professional phone etiquette.
- Assists with restaurant cleaning duties.
- Inspect all menus to ensure their condition and cleanliness.
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.
- Ensure place settings are appropriate and set for each guest.
- Helps turn tables and run food when needed.
Knowledge / Skills
- Food and Beverage Knowledge.
- OpenTable Knowledge Preferred.
- Understanding of the history of our hotel and restaurant.
Education
High school diploma or vocational secretarial.
Physical Demands
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to stand for 6 hours
