RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a superior, brag-worthy customer service experience during all interactions with clients.
- Works with customers, vendors, and internal resources to monitor the order progress, processing of orders, provisioning of orders, and overall project management.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery or discontinuation of services, which may include responding to requests with regulatory or legal requests to make sure clients’ needs are met according to established timelines.
- Tracks critical dates for provisioning processes and updates system notes and work flow on a daily basis to provide the most up-to-date information for client teams.
- Responsible for total order management of voice services.
- Monitor and assist with port requests from inception to completion.
- Collaborate and utilize internal resources and vendor supported provisioning systems
- Operate voice processing services.
- Coordinate local number porting projects.
- Provision voice services for new and established customers.
- Maintain detailed tracking records and provide updates as requested.
- Prepares any documentation necessary to complete order processes.
- Escalates issues with internal teams to meet project demands.
- Acts as the client facing subject matter expert (SME.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of VoIP industry
- Experience with LNP processes and porting procedures
- Working knowledge of VOIP equipment ex: ATA, eMTA, ONT, Adit, ADTRAN
- Industry related experience preferred
- Understanding of basic billing concepts
- Ability to manage and track databases
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
