Sales/Designer
Established in 1991, House Lift is a premier, full-service construction company engaged in all forms of custom residential remodeling and building in the Twin Cities.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for directing potential projects from initial Client Contact to signing a Construction Contract. This involves working with our Field Employees, Sub-Contractors, Estimator, Designer and/or Architect to establish the job cost estimate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell our process and services.
- Work our leads and referrals along with proactively developing your own.
- Assess the Client's needs, build rapport, and determine project scope and budget.
- Meet sales quotas and exceed them for additional bonuses.
- Maintain thorough communications throughout the entire process with clients and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An in-depth knowledge of residential construction and remodeling.
- A minimum of 3 years experience selling in a similar capacity.
- Must have strong sales and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong problem-making skills.
- Drafting, Architectural, and/or Design background is a plus.
- Knowledge of CoCostruct (or similar program) is a plus.
Salary and Benefits Offered
- $50K base salary commission. Total annual compensation should be $80K - $120K
