The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, its residents, and visitors. The role requires a professional, discreet, and vigilant individual who is capable of working flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, based on scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 security coverage for the residence, monitoring all entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence while ensuring a low profile and discretion.
- Monitor security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Escort and protect residents, guests, and visitors as needed.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety measures.
