Job Title : Full-Time Nanny

Location : Bayside, Queens (Moving to Long Island possibly)

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Job Description : Single dad is in search of a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Nanny to join his family in Bayside, Queens.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care for two children, aged 7 and 8, as well as assisting with household tasks and occasional weekend travel.

Responsibilities :

• Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Pick up children from school and accompany them to after-school activities.
• Assist children with homework and engage them in educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children, including school lunches for the following day.
• Handle household errands and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
• Accompany the family on weekend trips, approximately twice a month, often to upstate New York and Naples, Florida.
• Supervise children during motorsports-related activities, as the family is involved in this hobby.
• Encourage outdoor play and engage children in physical activities.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities, progress, and any concerns.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with a strong understanding of child development. Minimum 8 years of full time nanny experience (not "babysitting").
• Fluent in Spanish preferred, to facilitate communication with the children.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
• Energetic, athletic, and enjoys outdoor activities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Intelligent and capable of assisting with homework and educational activities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally on weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
