- Meal Per Diems - four per diems per week at $60 each, equaling $240/week.
Schedule:
- Set day schedule that offers some flexibility.
- 4-day work-week - Sunday to Wednesday (three overnight stays)
- Full-time: Consistent 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:
- Operate Class A commercial tractor-trailer.
- Pick-up goods and materials from Houston's Wilsonville, OR distribution center.
- Deliver to wholesale businesses in assigned territory for primarily palletized dock deliveries, utilizing modern powered pallet jacks.
- Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Follow appropriate safety procedures, and DOT regulations for transporting goods.
- Correctly maintain all electronic logs following applicable state and federal regulations.
- Operate pallet jack to unload product at client delivery locations (mostly dock deliveries).
- Provide great customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen.
- Minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience preferred or a diploma from a certified truck driving school.
- Valid Class A CDL (hazmat not required)
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- All weather driving skills
- Acceptable driving record.
- Basic English language skills (read, write, and speak) to communicate with clients and staff, and complete the necessary driver logs and paperwork.

- $27 to $28/hour
Physical Requirements:
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to respond quickly to sudden movements, signals, changes in the environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to bend, sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to enter and exit the vehicle frequently.
