Job Summary:

The Software Sales Executive will sell consulting and software solutions in the health and wellness sector. You will be expected to actively prospect new clients and close business in behalf of Hoverstate. Identifying new opportunities is a critical skill in this role, as well as experience with the entirety of the sales cycle. Preparing and presenting strategies to both Hoverstate management and clients is key. You should be adept at understanding business problems, crafting solutions, evaluating options, and partnering with new clients to solve their business challenges.

In this role, you will:

  • Prospect new clients and consult with them to perform needs assessments
  • Work closely with Hoverstate executives on growth strategy
  • Present to clients at their headquarters
  • Resolve any issues and maintain client trust
  • Create and present new business pitches
  • Travel 50% of the time or more

The Ideal Candidate:

Excellent candidates will be self-starters and have a minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience. Previous sales experience should be in the medium to large enterprise space in order to qualify candidates for this role. Top quality communication skills (both oral and written) are absolutely necessary. Great candidates will show a passion for going above and beyond for their clients. Candidates should be familiar with marketing and sales applications, business process optimization, digital transformation, CRM / Customer Care and Robotics. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.

Qualifications will include:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in related field
  • Past experience in client management and consultation
  • Proven success selling consulting engagements
  • Record of meeting and exceeding a $2M quota
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven track record of showing initiative
  • Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly
  • Excellent communication, including relationship building
  • A positive attitude and self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge
  • Prior experience in health and wellness, technology, finance, or insurance industries a plus
  • Any previous experience with PEGA a plus (Practice Lead, Sales Exec., Delivery Role, etc.)
