Job Title: In Home Sales Person
Department: Residential New Equipment Sales Department
Pay Scale: Base salary, commissions and spiffs.
FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt Outside Sales
Target Min Pay: $150,000
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly.
Primary Job Function:
A consultants primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory.
