· Review and entry of supplier and miscellaneous invoices
· Preparation of checks and ACHs for prompt payment.
· File/scan all vendor invoices properly and appropriately
· Receive and keep current all taxpayer’s ID’s
· Review, match, and investigate credit card invoices and receipts
· Maintain Petty Cash
· Maintain Lease paperwork for autos and trucks.
· Maintain contracts and warranty file
· Prepare daily cash and credit card deposits
· Apply lock-box receipts, ACH receipts and credit card deposits.
· Record deposits on “Daily Cash Sheet “ using Excel
· File check stubs and bank receipts
· Research and process customer claims, charge backs, returns, and bad checks
· Review existing customers credit and record comments in the credit log books
· Assist with new customer credit process
· Review customer files on a yearly basis for dormant accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
