Howmet Aerospace is currently in search of a Learn Analyst, HR Technology , to join the team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role will report into the Director, HR Technology, responsible for providing system related support to the HR Technology tracks. This is an entry level position that will allow the individual in the role an opportunity to learn various workstreams of the HR Technology group with a primary focus on Learn. This role will support the Human Resources teams, Learning administrators and individual learners across the global enterprise in support of the Learning Management of the Global People System (GPS). The overall goal is to deliver the best possible support to the HR organization and its customers (managers and employees) to achieve optimal utilization of Learning Management and Global People System technology solutions.

Major Activities/Key Challenges:
Provides functional and technical support to users of the GPS Learn end-user and administrator functionality across businesses and regions in multiple time zones and languages.
Configures the LEARN module to meet the needs of the GPS user community and guided by the Learning and Development Center of Excellence (COE).
Delivers efficient and effective GPS Learn support to the Global HR population and other employees of Howmet within the terms of the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyzes and resolves reported system issues, in partnership with vendor support teams and other internal teams.
Delivers communication and training to GPS Learn administrators.
Produces and analyzes metrics to measure effectiveness of services and solutions.
Ensures support documentation for technology users and other support team members is accurate and up to date.
Manages multiple projects and initiatives.
Ensures all requests/ inquiries are processed with high levels of service excellence to all levels within the organization.
Develops knowledge to remain proficient with evolving processes and technology.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, field from an accredited institution.
1 year of experience as an analyst in technical or business support process.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems
Knowledge of learning management and system application processes
Experience in a high-volume transactional services environment
Human Resources legislation awareness
