We are currently hiring an Optical Team Lead

Wage: $23-26/hr. DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift- 4:00pm-12:30am

Location: Columbia, IL

What you'll do:

• Daily repairing and maintaining all equipment.
• Assist in the development of new procedures to improve the process.
• Assist in the training and cross training of employees
• Become proficient with current and any future DVI and WIP Manager programs used by the Department.

• A Lead is responsible for maintaining high quality oriented production throughout the department, with direct focus of pulling, receiving, and maintaining correct inventory levels. Is responsible for developing not only yourself, but those that you are working with and coaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge/skill in all areas of the department.
• Optical experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
