Job Description
- Responsible for the design, maintenance, and optimization of vehicle AI pipeline, including road network, movement logic and vehicle behavior
- Helping with vehicle handling and camera
- Contributing to data optimization and validation by ensuring that other team members comply with technical standards while staying within the allocated budget
- Communicating with overseas team to set up design directions and development roadmap
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications
- Strong programming skills (Computer Science, Game Programming, etc. graduates preferred)
- Strong methodology and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative, fun, and innovative solutions
- Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience with FPS/TPS/Driving games
- Experience with game engines like UE4, Unity, or other in-house engine used in AAA projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing FPS/TPS games
- Experience in developing AAA titles

Eligible to work full time in U.S. or Canada.
This role is working collaboratively with not only groups in North America but also in China, and team members in China may also form a part of its reporting line. Therefore, proficient level of Mandarin speaking is a strong asset to this role.
