HP Inc. is 'reinventing' itself and in the process, launching new product categories and service offerings. The Workforce Solutions team is looking for a Channel Marketing Lead that can work with both portfolio marketing, product management and the channel organization within the commercial organization to create, drive and measure channel programs that are consistent with Workforce Solutions priorities, strategy, and vision.

Responsibilities:
Global:
* Own channel strategy, program prioritization, metrics and stakeholdercommunications.
* Own channel marketing budget and agency engagementmodel
* Create overall channel-facing narrative, value propmessaging
* Enable Global Business Units and Portfolio Marketing teams to create channel value-propmessaging
* Ensure all service specific assets align with strategicmessaging
* Manage the channel asset BoM (both to and through channel) aligned withlaunch categories
* Collaborate with Customer Marketing for throughchannel messaging andassets.
* Manage expectations w/Global Business Unit stakeholders re: what assets/mindshare theyget w/channelteams
* Interface w/channel teams (WW and in-market for closed marketingfeedback)
* Enable channel teams to leverage WW channel content at channel facingevents (internal & partner-facing)
* Ensure that all channel assets are in the right place at the righttime(newsletters, Partner Portal, Solution Source, etc.)

Education and Experience Required:
- College degree in Marketing/Business/related field
- MBA preferred
- 10 years' experience in working with HP or other technology services industry channel partners
- 10 years in product marketing fundamentals
- Experience developing compelling product messaging, pitch decks and other sales enablement collateral targeted to customers and partners in commercial segments
- Experience developing value proposition and positioning for multiple products/services
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (ppt, excel, word)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven creativity in developing content and channel enablement strategies and materials
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into differentiating benefits and key selling points
- Experience with recurring and/or online revenue models - software as a service or services
- Experience in Personal Systems Services or Managed Print Services is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $116,900 -- $169,500 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
