  • Is skilled in interacting with peers/fellow leaders in developing strategic plans and financial planning components.
  • Is comfortable partnering, as a member of the team, with program directors and other internal leaders to help conceptualize new programs as they are developed to run budget projections and scenarios.
  • Moves easily between projects; is collaborative and adaptable to changing priorities; can wear the many hats that the members of a small but mighty team have to wear on a regular basis.
  • Works easily with a diverse membership, staff and contacts including members, senior leadership and medical professionals, leading in an inclusive manner.
