Local McMinn county company is looking to add to their staff a skilled Data Analyst to place multiple purchase orders per day and provide occasional customer service to provide tracking information.
Work can be performed onsite in Athens TN or Chattanooga TN
Job Responsibilities
- Place and follow up on numerous, high volume purchase orders each day.
- Assess supplier profiles and quickly match supplier data to needed product.
- Provide tracking information to customers when contacted.
- Ability to work in an environment with dual monitors and use multiple programs simultaneously.
- Attendance is a must.
Requirements of the skilled Data Analyst
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, processing large amounts of information in a timely manner
- Detail oriented
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must be able to take direction and follow direction
- Working knowledge of Excel and all MS Office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Associate degree in some type of business field or Office Administration; or 3-5 years in a fast paced computer environment such as medical billing
NetSuite experience is a plus but not required
Temp to hire – permanent position
